Ordinance on measures to prevent the circumvention of international sanctions connected with the situation in Ukraine
On 5 October 2015 the Federal Department of Economic Affairs EAER modified the list of persons annexed to the ordinance on measures to prevent the circumvention of international sanctions connected with the situation in Ukraine. No additional persons were newly added to the Annex, but 124 existing entries have been updated and one entry was deleted. The measures come into force at 6 pm on 6 October 2015.

Verordnung über Massnahmen zur Vermeidung der Umgehung internationaler Sanktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Situation in der Ukraine
Das Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF hat am 5. Oktober 2015 die Personenliste in Anhang 3 der Verordnung über Massnahmen zur Vermeidung der Umgehung internationaler Sanktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Situation in der Ukraine angepasst. Dabei wurden keine zusätzlichen Personen neu in den Anhang aufgenommen, sondern lediglich 124 bestehende Einträge aktualisiert und ein Eintrag gestrichen. Die Massnahmen treten am 6. Oktober 2015 um 18:00 Uhr in Kraft.

Sanctions: Ordinance on Measures against Individuals and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Group «Al-Qaïda» or the Taliban
The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research EAER has amended the Annex/Annexes to the Ordinance.

Sanktionen: Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber Personen und Organisationen mit Verbindungen zu Usama bin Laden, der Gruppierung «Al-Qaïda» oder den Taliban
Das Eidgenössische Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF hat den Anhang/die Anhänge der Verordnung geändert.
