Sanktionen: Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber Myanmar
Bern, 30.04.2021 - Das Eidgenössische Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF hat am 29. April 2021 die Personenliste in Anhang 1 der Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber Myanmar geändert. 10 natürliche Personen und zwei Entitäten werden neu in den Anhang aufgenommen. Die Massnahmen treten am 30. April 2021 um 18:00 Uhr in Kraft.
Sanctions: Ordinance on measures against Myanmar
Bern, 30.04.2021 - On 29 April 2021 the Federal Department of Economic Affairs EAER modified the list of persons annexed to the ordinance on measures against Myanmar. 10 individuals and two entities have been added to the annex. The measures come into force at 6 pm on 30 April 2021.

Bern, 30.04.2021 - Das zuständige UNO-Sanktionskomitee hat die Liste der sanktionierten natürlichen Personen, Unternehmen und Organisationen geändert. Die Datenbank SESAM wurde entsprechend angepasst. Der Bundesrat hat am 4. März 2016 die Verordnung zur automatischen Übernahme von Sanktionslisten des Sicherheitsrats der Vereinten Nationen verabschiedet. Damit sind Änderungen der Sanktionslisten des Sicherheitsrats der Vereinten Nationen in der Schweiz unmittelbar rechtsgültig.

Bern, 30.04.2021 - The UN sanctions committee has amended the list of sanctioned individuals, companies and organizations. The SESAM database has been updated accordingly. On 4 March 2016 the Federal Council has adopted the Ordinance on the automatic application of the UN Security Council’s sanctions lists. Hence, the amendments of the UN Security Council’s sanctions lists enter into force in Switzerland without delay.
