Sanktionen: Verordnung über Massnahmen zur Vermeidung der Umgehung internationaler Sanktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Situation in der Ukraine
Bern, 25.03.2021 - Das Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF hat am 24. März 2021 die Personenliste in Anhang 3 der Verordnung über Massnahmen zur Vermeidung der Umgehung internationaler Sanktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Situation in der Ukraine angepasst. Die Einträge von 14 natürlichen Personen und 14 Entitäten wurden angepasst. Die Massnahmen treten am 25. März 2021 um 18:00 Uhr in Kraft.
Sanctions: Ordinance on measures to prevent the circumvention of international sanctions connected with the situation in Ukraine
Bern, 25.03.2021 - On 24 March 2021 the Federal Department of Economic Affairs EAER modified the list of persons annexed to the ordinance on measures to prevent the circumvention of international sanctions connected with the situation in Ukraine. The entries concerning 14 individuals and 14 organizations have been modified. The measures come into force at 6 pm on 25 March 2021.
