Bundesrat setzt neue Ausnahmen zu Jemen-Sanktionen um
Bern, 27.05.2020 - Der Bundesrat hat am 27. Mai 2020 die Sanktionen gegenüber Jemen punktuell angepasst. Damit ermöglicht er die Umsetzung der vom Sicherheitsrat der Vereinten Nationen in Resolution 2511 (2020) neu geschaffenen Ausnahmen, insbesondere für humanitäre Zwecke. Die Änderung tritt am 15. Juni 2020 in Kraft.
The Federal Council grants new exemptions to the sanctions on Yemen
Bern, 27.05.2020 - On May 27, the Federal Council adjusted its sanctions on Yemen to implement the new exemptions established by the United Nations Security Council in its Resolution 2511 (2020), in particular for humanitarian purposes. The amendment comes into force on 15 June.
