Sanktionen: Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea
Der UNO-Sicherheitsrat hat die Liste der sanktionierten natürlichen Personen, Unternehmen und Organisationen geändert. Die Datenbank SESAM wurde entsprechend angepasst. Der Bundesrat hat am 4. März 2016 die Verordnung zur automatischen Übernahme von Sanktionslisten des Sicherheitsrats der Vereinten Nationen verabschiedet. Damit sind Änderungen der Sanktionslisten des Sicherheitsrats der Vereinten Nationen in der Schweiz unmittelbar rechtsgültig.

Sanctions: Ordinance on Measures against North Korea
The UN security council has amended the list of sanctioned individuals, companies and organizations. The SESAM database has been updated accordingly. On 4 March 2016 the Federal Council has adopted the Ordinance on the automatic application of the UN Security Council’s sanctions lists. Hence, the amendments of the UN Security Council’s sanctions lists enter into force in Switzerland without delay.
