Sanktionen: Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber Personen und Organisationen mit Verbindungen zu Usama bin Laden, der Gruppierung «Al-Qaïda» oder den Taliban
Das Eidgenössische Departement für Wirtschaft, Bildung und Forschung WBF hat den Anhang 2 der Verordnung geändert. Fünf bestehende Einträge wurden aktualisiert.
